At The Sewing Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric, notions, or machines aren't a perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all cut fabrics are neatly folded and sewing machines are secured with original internal padding.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
